It is 8 Km from the beaches of Donnalucata, 17 Km from Marina di Ragusa, 10 Km from Modica and 25 Km from Ragusa Ibla, pearls of the baroque style. Description The accommodation is on a hill, in a charming location overlooking the ancient district of Scicli. It offers a beautiful view over Santa Maria La Nova’s Church and the picturesque surrounding district. On three floors, it is made up of a living area, a kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor an elegant living room with TV, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower. The first floor is a double bedroom with balcony and charming panoramic view, with an en suite bathroom and shower. On the third floor there is a well-lit kitchen, equipped with hot plates, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and television. The kitchen overlooks a furnished terrace with panoramic view. Hot/cold air conditioning system. Internet Wi-Fi. Not easy with luggage. And the steps are littered with cat poop that is not cleaned up. The apartment is modern, nicely furnished and yes the view is spectacular. Location very central to everything. Parking was not a problem, Washing machine great amenity. The amenities were sparse...but adequate especially for short stay. property mgmt very helpful. We needed an iron and hair dryer and they made an extra trip to bring to us. You’ve seen the photos. It’s much more than that. In person, being right there in the middle of it was special. Access to restaurants, grocery store, and historic center couldn’t have been better and Scicli itself was a great base from which to explore neighboring towns with a car.
