“Great location, attentive host. Room clean very comfortable and spacious with really good shower. Breakfast was fresh and tasted great. Overall great value for money ”

“Callum the owner met us and gave us the tour. Room was spacious with views of the fields, with en suite and quirky furnishing. Spotless throughout. Breakfast was self service which was fine for us. Parking was in an open area across the road, again, fine. Bit of road noise but we were at the back so not troubled by it. About 10 minutes from Darlington which has plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from and free parking in the evening. I would stay again. ”

“When we arrived we can’t contact the property and hotel.com didn’t pass our information to the property so the property didn’t keep the house for us fortunately they got a spare house so we can stay in”
