All staff were friendly, especially the breakfast crew. I used the gym, pool and hot tub. All were very nice. The hotel is in a convenient, yet quiet location. Paint chipping in bathroom and bathroom door, some of the grout in bathroom needs refreshing. It might be just because it is an old building but somethings could be better. First thing, there was poop smeared on the bathroom wall. The bathtub had the remnants of a bath mat with no bath mat. The shower head was coming out both the tub and shower head. It was hard to take a shower when the pressure was half. My kids were very excited to swim but it was way too cold. I understand it’s cold outside so it would be cold inside but the pool was freezing. Window had old bugs in it. I found them when I opened the shade. The ceiling above the left of the bed has water damage. The bathroom had lady bugs. Towels were not clean.
