Welcome to The Pearl at 1020 Embassy Row Way. Just a short drive from Charleston and minutes from Seabrook Island's sister island, Kiawah, this furnished property offers the perfect blend of coastal living, city access, and Lowcountry wilderness.

This makes an ideal spot for snowbirds escaping the northern winter, those trying out the area, or those working remotely or on assignment. Guests entering the home will find a furnished property situated on a quiet, peaceful street. It features spacious rooms, including a large living area with an elevated ceiling, a decorative fireplace, and a smart TV. The open loft space and two furnished bedrooms offer comfortable living arrangements, complemented by three full bathrooms.

Step through the French doors to enjoy a private, large screened-in porch with beautiful marsh views. The property also includes a two-car garage and complimentary use of the seasonal complex pool located right next to the villa.

This property is available only for rentals of six months or more. We are currently accepting 6 to 12 month rental agreements. Water and electricity are included. Cable and WIFI services, as well as the gate pass, are the responsibility of the renter. An in-person tour is available if scheduled in advance.

• CLUB AMENITIES: Amenity Cards not available. Lakehouse outdoor pool accessible.
• POOL: Access to the Seabrook Island Lake House is included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• CHILDREN: Children are welcome.
• PET POLICY: Well-behaved dogs are considered. An additional fee applies.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles are permitted at this property.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: Minimum of 180 day rentals only.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A non-refundable fee of $69 applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. A fire extinguisher is located under the sink.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. This property has some beach towels (we ask that you launder the beach towels you use), and there is towel service available at the Beach Club.

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
UTILITIES: Water and electricity are included. Cable and WIFI services are the responsibility of the renter.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards not available. Guests have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper Management & Vacation Rentals. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here.

• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just a short drive away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and monies paid by the traveler. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states prohibiting the traveler from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued. We strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories, but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY.
