Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, nice bathroom. Location is great, view of river and walking to shopping and restaurants is close by. Safe location. Only negative is no parking.. you have to use a car park over the bridge down the street. 5 minute walk dragging luggage to hotel. The car park is discounted with hotel validation. Staff was very friendly.

It was everything that we expected! Excellent accommodation,lovely food,and pleasant and helpful staff.

The hotel is great. We had a spacious room with a river view. We received a very warm welcome and the bars and restaurants are all stylish with good food and a great atmosphere. I want to give it five stars but the main reason I haven't is because we couldn't sleep because the room was so hot. We booked the hotel specifically because it had air conditioning but the air conditioning in the room did not work. It was running, but inadequate. The river sides of the hotel are glass so I felt like a green banana in a greenhouse. Two nights with no sleep is tough. Such a shame because otherwise, the hotel is fabulous.

Parking was hard to find as well as the lobby ! The building is undergoing renovations and the lobby is on the first floor - little awkward signage …but clean and comfortable

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The facilities are great, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent throughout. While some areas are starting to feel a little tired, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back!
