“Overall this was a great apartment in a very convenient location across from Balboa park and walking distance to a cool dog park and museums. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was awesome to be able to bring our dog. The check in process was easy. And because they own the entire building there is staff you can talk to during business hours, which is great in case of emergencies. “had a gerrible check in process. did not give me the address way in advance. when did give address, gave a false address. when i arrived, to the false address, it took me 45 minutes before i was able to get into the correct apartment because of the owner's asking for additional documentation from me. very disturbing. the apartment itself is mimimalist. no instruction book. very poor lighting. no parking. ”

“The apartment itself was perfect. The check-in, check-out process was flawless. It was clean and had all the right amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The only problem was the listing had the wrong address. We didn't receive the correct address until the day before our travel. “Everything was very easy and clean. Location was in the middle of the action downtown, but apartment was above the noise level and surprisingly quiet. Very happy with everything. ”

“The place was awesome. Every thing was perfect. The bed was what would call snuggle perfect. I slept great. The view out the window was a 180 degree of downtown, the bay, and out towards Point Loma. Excellent instructions for check in and check out. I could not have enjoyed a place more. I highly recommend it.”
