Incredible place to stay

We stayed here to climb Scafell Pike the next day. The staff were incredible friendly and helpful with great advice on the routes to take. The breakfast was delicious and exactly what we needed before the hike up the mountain. The location is absolutely stunning as well. Couldn't recommend more.

Very convenient location for going up Scafell Pike, with beautiful surroundings. Great staff who are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and dinner options, including vegan and vegetarian.

What an amazing hostel! Perfect location and lovely building, The panelled lounge full of lovely leather sofas, books and a roaring fire was particularly fine. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the beer was good and the full english veggie breakfast the ideal precursor to some stiff walking.
