A car is recommended for visiting nearby destinations or exploring up and down the coast.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.   
  
No air-conditioning in the condo, enjoy the cool air breeze off the ocean  
  
Check-in time: 4:00 PM; Check-out time: 10:00 AM  
  
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM  
  
No smoking permitted on the premises  
  
This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
