"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. However, the street noise made it very hard to get a good nights rest."

"The hotel itself was beautiful and had a relaxing atmosphere, especially the outdoor fire pit area with a great view. However, there were several disappointing aspects during our stay. Self-parking was extremely expensive at $56 per night, which felt excessive. There was also no bell service available to help with luggage, making check-in and unloading difficult. I was surprised that the sauna required an additional $20 per person to use, considering amenities like this are often included at hotels in this price range. The toiletries were also not great — the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling very dry afterward. One of the biggest letdowns was the outdoor seating area by the fire pit. While the setting was beautiful, the chairs and pillows were noticeably dirty with bird droppings, which made it hard to fully enjoy the space. Overall, the property has potential, but better cleanliness, included amenities, and improved guest services would make a huge difference."

"I had a very lovely stay! The location is great…very close to everything you could possibly need. The room was spotless and had lots of amenities…fridge and microwave were perfect! The bed was super comfy too! They have laundry on site and you can also refill water legacy was very helpful! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning to this property and highly recommend!"

"The tub would not drain. The first shower i discovered it and bathed in others gunk coming up. Then i had to Plug drain to take next shower. I was given the wrong directions to get to my room and had heavy stuff. I had to re park car as well. No refrig or microwave. What kind of place does not provide this? "

"We had a great stay. Only suggestion would be better breakfast options. Does anyone really eat that highly processed, artificial Yoplait stuff they claim is yoghurt?"
