Das Hotel und vor allem die Zimmer sieht man an, dass es nicht mehr die neusten sind. Die Zimmer waren aber sauber und die Betten gut. Das Frühstück sowie der große Frühstücksraum waren sehr gut. However somethings were not as great. The pool didn’t have any towels in stock. The ice machine was broken. The wait time for guest service was ridiculous. Wish they would go to laminate like a lot of other places have. Although we didn’t use it the shower was beautiful! Looked updated. We checked in, the roof was leaking. The carpet was soaked. We were moved to a different room and as we were settling in, there was a blackout. This place is old and needs serious repairs and renovations. Pedro the manager called to tell me we had to leave the hotel right and then if we wanted a full refund. It was so bad they assumed we had plan B. I felt defeated when he called because I was tired, overwhelmed and angry at the same time. Every emotion came upon me. Vacation should be a relaxing experience, this place made it the worst. Never again! Properly informed while we are checking in, about the water shutdown in the morning and suggested me to cancel or move to somewhere else, one of the worst customer service and property maintenance.
