I don't think everything should be an additional fee... Parking, WiFi mainly. These are services offered for free art other hotels because they value business & want to make an overall great impression! I don't want to be forced to be a member in order to have perks. It doesn't make me eager to join something that charges for everything! The breakfast (pancakes were liquid in the center-not cooked fully, juice constantly watered down, hard boiled eggs over cooked, scrambled eggs watery from condensation... Overall not impressed for an upscale place like the Embassy! Our room appeared clean but the bathroom was not clean at all! Blonde hair on the counter, candy wrappers & crumbs on top of the wooden box that has towels & blow dryer in it, towels had hair inbedded in 2 of them, shower floor cleaned inefficiently! Gross! I didn't call diem to complain... I cleaned it myself. I did tell the lady when checking out that they need more time allowed cleaning or something! She didn't seem apologetic or to be listening... As she said "Ohh I'll have them go up there & look at our to take care of it" to which I reminded her again "I cleaned it myself & didn't want another opportunity of being inconvenienced moving to another room so I already took care of it myself" I might as well could've been talking to a robot! There were 3 rooms rented out for teenagers that ran amuck thought the hotel & elevators... Obnoxious kids w/no manners & only 1 visible chaperone for 2 or 3 rooms. Horrible!
