What a beautiful property I would definitely stay here again. Jake at check-in was incredibly informative with excellent customer service skills. The granola and fruit were delicious. I loved the common areas, which were warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was cozy. The ice machine kept running out of ice, but that’s just a little thing that they need to fix. I look forward to visiting this beautiful property again with my family!

Very large and clean room! However, we had an issue down the road at a different hotel that ended with us leaving and the staff here told us they would have lied about having a homeless or drug problem because its not an upsale. Needless to say, we checked in and walked to the parking lot to be met by some other guests looking for a score and cash. Didn't feel safe traveling with a child.

Well I didn't stay there. There was no room available. Some how Expedia & the hotel have some kind of miscommunication about no vacancies available. Good thing I call before flying out there for work. Lucky I found one that has rooms available.

Our room itself was fine. We enjoyed it being able to see the ocean. Our only complaint is that we did not know that there was construction going on. So it got pretty loud but other than that it was a good stay.

Very clean but very dated missing the mark in the rooms. Telly needs a comfy chair and small end table with lamp by sliding door. There’s also no full length mirror or artwork on walls. Views were wonderful though.
