Great place Amazing owners
This place was clean in an amazing neighborhood with great views all around. The owners went above and beyond what they needed to do and we are so appreciative of that. Need a great place in a great location look no further!

Close to Seattle Childrens' Hospital
We rented this house because our daughter had a baby that needed open heart surgery at the hospital. This house is old. When we first entered it had a musty, moldy smell so we bought air fresheners. The only thing we really liked was the showerhead, but the bathroom is original and desperately needs remodeling. There is no place to put your things except on top of the toilet or the high windowsill. The kitchen appliances and dishes, pots and pans are satisfactory as is the dining room. The living room furniture is old, stained and very uncomfortable. The couch sags in the middle. The thing that bothered me the most were the loud, creaking old wood floors everywhere. They made it impossible to be quiet if someone was sleeping. The house is on a steep hill and the front walkway is steep and very uneven, a possible tripping hazard. There is no useable outdoor space as the back yard is on a big slant and there is no covered area or seating except in front where there is a patio with an old, rusty table and chairs with cushions that soaked up all the rain, and it rained almost every day. The beds are soft and pretty comfortable, and the linens were clean. Belinda, the property manager, was great. She was attentive to our needs and came right over if we needed her. The washer and dryer are in the basement down some old, steep stairs. The TV has no service so you have to use your own streaming services and sign and in out of your personal account.

Perfect location for events at Center for Urban Horticulture
Great location in safe, quiet neighborhood near park and Center for Urban Horticulture. Regarding accuracy of online listing, they downplayed the fact the the second bathroom was downstairs and very bare bones....pretty inconvenient for two couples to use. On the main floor, the living room and dining rooms were spacious and clean. The mattress on the bed in the smaller of the two bedrooms could use replacing. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped. When we entered the house, there was a strong smell of gas. We opened all the windows but didn't see any obvious cause. We slept with windows open and it wasn't until the next morning when we started using the range that we discovered that one of the knobs was turned very slightly allowing gas to be on even though it looked like it was in the off position. Would suggestion that you advise cleaning people to make sure all knobs are completely off on the range. Window in the living room doesn't lock reliably or easily and should be repaired.

Fantastic!
Located just outside of the University District and near Children’s, the location of this house was easily accessible to so many places and also very safe. The house itself was clean and had a well- appointed kitchen. There were two bathrooms, one on the main level, one the basement, a full laundry, super comfortable beds, great WiFi, and a lovely backyard. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area!

UW Lung Testing Week
Had to test at UW Medical Center. Super easy to get to & from the hospital. Very steep roads, landscape was out of control. (Difficult for someone with Oxygen issues.) Beds were comfy, everyone had a room, 2 nd bathroom is in the musty basement. Good, well stocked kitchen.

Gorgeous well stocked place
The house is beautiful and spacious. Love the hardwood floors, archways, 50s style, furniture. The beds were very comfortable with beautiful sheets, pillows, and duvet. The house was spotless. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and very organized. They even have a Instant pot. The views from the house so beautiful with the park right across the large living room windows.

Incredible neighborhood! Such a charming, historic home
As soon as we drove up to the property, I started writing this review in my head. I just didn't think the other reviews described this incredible neighborhood filled with Seattle's famous high-end vintage homes! It feels incredibly safe and we enjoyed several walks just drinking in the architecture. The home is very clean and has had full updates on essentials like the kitchen and enormous modern windows that really let in light. The kitchen is appointed with everything you need: Fiesta dining ware, instapot, kettle, toaster, sharp knives, many spices and tea--and bowls for your pup! Bath is the fab original tile with modern fixtures. We enjoyed many sunny afternoons on the front patio overlooking the community park right across the street--which you can tell is a destination for locals. There is a huge field between the home and the playground though, so little noise. If you are traveling with a guest who will be upstairs in the twin room, do consider a sleep mask as there are no window coverings on the skylights. Overall a very high recommendation, and we will certainly stay here again.
