The property is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of two dogs weighing up to 40 lbs each. While the indoor wood-burning stove is not available for use, a Daikin ductless AC and heater, controlled by remote, ensures comfort year-round. Bedrooms are equipped with plug-in electric heaters for additional warmth. There is no dishwasher.

By Booking Primary guest acknowledges they must sign a rental agreement, and submit a refundable security deposit of $300 (outside of airbnb platform) two days before arrival. Strict occupancy limits apply, with a maximum of four overnight guests and six daytime visitors.
