"Lovely contemporary hotel offering very spacious and comfortable rooms in a quiet setting. It has a very boutique feeling, with a warm and friendly welcome from all the staff. The breakfast was excellent, although the service a little on the slow side. The location on the island is excellent for relaxing, together with a bit of mooching around the shops and cafes around and just a short walk into the Quays area. There are several restaurants within a few steps of the hotel. A great place to stay. I stayed twice on this trip and will definitely stay again. "

"This place gets 10 stars from us. The room was our best yet, both restaurants were amazing, the staff was at our service for anything we needed. We made use of both restaurants, our balcony, the deck and the kayaks. We would definitely recommend the Lofts!! "

"I was looking forward to wonderful weekend away but the hotel just does not live up to its pictures, maybe it did 10 years ago. The hotel needs a serious refurb as well as the grounds of the hotel. The pool is definitely not this clean and blue as in the pictures anymore - it needs a paint job and a proper clean. The bed I slept in made such a noise when you moved, it was terrible. The carpets were so marked, it was gross. The whole experience staying at the hotel freaked me out and I wont be returning. Some of the staff were really helpful, especially at breakfast but is so sad they have to work at a hotel that is literally falling apart. The hotel has so much potential, being where they are situated, right by the ocean but I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. So sad. "
