Great location for Sedona Experience

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was an excellent location for visiting the Sedona area attractions. The house was clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were very welcome after days of hiking or shopping!

Summer vacay

Wonderful property

This property was wonderful for our families with 4 younger kids. The house is laid out well with great furnishings. The pool and hottub were enjoyable for everyone. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

I wish I could wrap this house up and take it home with me! It was clean, comfortable and just perfect for our family. The location was ideal, the scenery breathtaking and the hosts were wonderful.

This house was the perfect place for our vacation. The home had everything we needed and wanted. The neighborhood was beautiful. Fantastic location for anything we wanted to do. There were only two of us but had plenty of room for 2 to 4 more people.

Great location and lovely home

Jeff was very responsive to us, and this location (a little south of town) is quieter and has easy access to Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. There is a very nice grocery store (Clark's) up the street, and our kids enjoyed using the jacuzzi and pool. We would definitely return to this property!

Swimming, Comfy Beds, Grilling, ....everything you need to make your experience pleasant and fun. Just a couple of small minor details that the cleaning crew need to be made aware of and it would be immaculate.

Great spot!

Tucked away, but close to everything. Great location to all the best hikes Sedona offers! Away enough from Sedona to avoid the mid-day traffic. We walked to the grocery store, breakfast, & coffee shops. It was great!

Beautiful home less than 3 minutes from 2 gorgeous golf courses

My son and I rented this home for a week. We got 5 rounds of golf in. Location was perfect. Great grocery store within walking distance. Once we got the spa working, things were great. Would absolutely rent again.

Kids House

This was the “kid house” for a visit for our cousin’s wedding. It was perfect. Unlike the kids table we all had to sit at growing up, this time, our house was the place to be!! Beautiful home. Well kept. Great host.

Beautiful home, awesome pool, convenient location & gorgeous views!

Our family (including 4 teenagers) absolutely loved this property! The pool was fabulous - both the teenagers and adults LOVED it! This location was a short and scenic 10-minute drive to Sedona, but Oak Creek also had great amenities to choose from. Great little grocery store just down the street for quick stops, Ace Hardware for non-grocery needs, and wonderful coffee shops and restaurants close by. We absolutely LOVE Sedona area and this property and hope to visit again soon!!

Amazing house and location

This is our second time staying at this house and it was as great as the first time. The first time it was just my husband and I and this time we brought our boys. The location is awesome as it's not in the hustle of Sedona and it's really close to a grocery store and several wonderful hikes. The house is very clean and the private pool is the best part of the house. It's a great way to relax and cool down after a morning of hiking and the kids absolutely loved it. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Sedona and would absolutely stay here again.

Paradise

From the time we walked in the door, got the garage door opener, turned by on the pool and spa heater, it was the beginning of paradise. The view out on the red rocks from the living room was sensational. The walk-in shower and the Jucuzzi tub in the Master bath were large and easy to use. The closet and the size of the master bath overalll were outstanding. The gas stove and the outside grill were large and a pleasure to us. Thanks, Jeff, for the use of your wonderful home! You are a wonderful host!

Beautiful, comfortable home in great location with all the amenities

A group of us stayed here for a mountain bike event and we were so happy with the home and location. The home is great for a large group - comfortable and well stocked. We had an initial issue with the remote control that heats the hot tub and pool, but reached out to the contact listed and he walked us through it (main control unit is on the side of the house and new batteries fixed the issue with the remote). Backyard is private, with great views and we felt like we were centrally located to everything Sedona has to offer. Jeff is a fantastic host - very thorough and quick to respond when we reached out. Thanks so much!

Great spot for a long weekend!

My friends and I stayed at the property for a long weekend on a girls trip. The house was in good condition, had plenty of space for the 4 of us and provided beautiful views of the surrounding area. To get to downtown Sedona was about a 15-20 minute drive (not far, but depending on the time of day a fair amount of traffic) but we knew that going in and based our decision on being off the beaten path a bit. Jeff and Erica did send a list of instructions prior to the stay that were not included in the listing. At first, this seemed a bit daunting, but we quickly realized this was likely standard and intended to eliminate a constant back and forth with questions, which was understandable and appreciated. It posed no issues for us, and was quite helpful in the long run. If you’re looking for a family stay or a long weekend in a quiet, comfy, residential setting, this is the spot!

Great Location, Peaceful and Wonderful Host

Beautiful home in the perfect location! We where in Sedona for my son's wedding at Hilton Bell Rock which is only a few blocks away from the home. Jeff the owner was very easy to get in touch with, and responded right away to the concerns we had. There are a couple of things that could be addressed in the home. The beds are in need of an upgrade, along with the pillows. There where no extra sheets or linen left out, but Jeff responded very quickly and resolved the problem. However there where no washcloths or hand towels in the bathrooms and a few of the towels are in of replacement. We had some issues with the pool being too hot and hot tub not hot enough, the pool system is a little confusing to operate, but overall we enjoyed the pool. The overall cleanliness of the home was good, except for some cob webs across the ceiling in kitchen and living room, hanging kitchen lights haven't been dusted for a long time. The cleaning company needs to pay a little more attention to the details. I would recommend this home to anyone and Jeff was a delightful host. I hope to return to Sedona soon !
