"Room smelled like cat urine. The ammonia smell was so strong we had to open the door and the window. There were a lot of women hairs in the wall of the shower. The staff were rude and not helpful. I took a shower and the water leaked covering the entire bathroom floor. On top of that the room was next to the coffee machine and the sound of the machine woke us up every 5 minutes since 5:00am.
