"This hotel is in a good location for people looking to travel outside of Naha, with quick access to the Okinawa Expressway. However, that's about the only positive thing I found about it. I chose this hotel because I wanted a kitchen, which it had. But the kitchen didn't have any cookware, serveware, or even cleaning supplies. The stove requires special cookware to use it, which I was not about to go out and I buy. I didn't find out out about this until after I booked it and received an email the day before my check in informing me the kitchen didn't come with anything. To get replacement towels you have to go down to the front desk to exchange your used ones and the desk is only staffed in the afternoon and evening. Had I known this things before booking, I would have looked for another hotel."

"The service here was excellent, they welcomed me with a handwritten letter on my table with some decorations and mints. Great place to stay, room view of the ocean was beautiful. The room itself was huge in comparison to other hotels in the area. "

We needed to check out quite early in the morning and could not stay for the hot breakfast, so the staff prepared and packed breakfast the night before for us to take with us when we checked out. "A perfect place for outdoor camping with hotel-like accommodation and interiors. Expect a bit lesser with very basic facilities but top it up with BBQ and campfire options - all in the wild, one will be extremely happy. Overall a 10-star place for a family (or more) to spend time together and create wonderful memories."
