Tucked along the Adriatic coast, Seget offers crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and small pebble beaches away from bigger crowds. Rent a boat to explore hidden coves, or take a short trip to historic Trogir where medieval streets lead to impressive UNESCO-protected architecture.
I didn't really want to give this 5 star review as this is my new favorite place and want to keep it a secret. It's a long flight for me but I will be back asap, hopefully my Birthday.

Trogir is a a very old village with not much signage and way finding is difficult. The host was on the lookout for us and greeted us on the street. The room was cozy, clean and quiet and located in the middle of town. We loved it!

Once we decided to stay outside of Split in the neighbouring town of Trogir, Brown Beach Hotel was an easy decision. On arrival, we were seated in the gorgeously designed lounge for the check in process, during which we were offered sparkling wine and cold towels to freshen up. Then we were shown to our rooms, which were equally pretty, and very spacious to boot. I had a front facing room, so had a lovely view of the Adriatic waters. If you’re going to visit Split, you should consider just one place to stay. This place has it all. Location, great service, nearby parking, stunning views, and a staff that is beyond. Jan was a perfect tour guide and host. Ana was always there with great directions and a smile. The breakfast was lovely and ample. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Highly recommended ***** + * = 6!!

I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. They were all so welcoming and gave us some welcome grappa as well as detailed information of restaurants and activities. It was close, walking distance if able, but...

I can't recommend apartmani Trogir strongly enough. The owners and the staff are above reproach. They went out of their way to help make our stay great, and even helped us out by storing things for us while we went away for a week. When we returned, it was early in the day. We knew that our room would not be ready until early afternoon, but they invited us to eat breakfast and use their internet until it was ready. We were not really entitled to these favors, but they provided them freely. After...

Love the location. It's in the old city and we can walk everywhere. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and there are enough selections to please everyone. Quality of food was excellent.

Our say at this hotel was fantastic - great would be an understatement. The rooms are beautiful, welcoming, and perfect. The staff, well, they truly make the hotel even more of a fantastic place to stay. Extremely helpful, warm, friendly, and knowledgable, the staff really made our stay a memorable one. Good hotels have good rooms; great hotels have great staff. This is the only place to stay in Split, and even more so, in Croatia.

When is the best time to go to Seget?
The best time to go to Seget is during the shoulder seasons of May, early June, and September, when the weather is pleasant and the crowds are thinner.
During May and early June, you'll find comfortable temperatures great for exploring the Dalmatian coast and enjoying outdoor activities without the peak summer heat. The sea is warming up, making it suitable for swimming, and local attractions are fully operational but not yet overwhelmed with visitors. This period is ideal for couples seeking a relaxed yet engaging getaway.
September offers similar benefits, with warm sea temperatures still inviting for swimming and water sports, but the summer crowds have begun to dissipate. The weather remains agreeable for sightseeing and dining al fresco. Families may find this month particularly appealing, as the beaches are less crowded and the atmosphere is more tranquil, while still offering plenty of activities for all ages.
While July and August offer the warmest weather and peak activity, they also come with the largest crowds and highest prices.
