The pluses: above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners (unheated) of 7.3 x 3.7 meters open from June to September, large shared grounds with children's games (currently being developed). On the ground floor: Large living room with kitchen open to the living room and dining room, a utility room, toilets and a shower room. On the 1st floor: a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The landing with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. Private terrace and parking on the property.
