“The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. “Nice rooms, views are non existent from most parts of the hotel as it’s perched in the middle of a hill next to dilapidated buildings etc. Breakfast very unhygienic and messy, staff bring wrong orders to your table and other staff corrected them. Reception staff gave misleading info about a request to modify booking persons which was late , hotel shows no care or concern though about guest circumstances (only interested in profit). Avoid for a better vacation experience.”

“No clear signs leading to reception. About 100 steps and 10 different staircases that one have to use to get to your room. Soap dispenser was dirty and had water instead of soap in it. Shower was with curtain only and flooding always the bathroom floor. AC was only in living room. Separate bedroom has no AC. SOME beds had 2 pillows some 1. There is no water kettle or coffee maker! Staff was not willing to come and show us how to start the electric oven to to boil water in the pot so had NO warm……
