"Communication with property manager was exellent. She was always there to answer any enquiry. In regards to the house itself, I think it should be cleaned more before guest come in and there should defenetly be air conditioning as the fans do not ventilate what so ever. Maybe more money should be spent towards the maintenance of this property. "

"The property is exceptional, private pool being the main sellong point for us when we stayed. Couldnt fault it, other than being a little far out but its still only 20 minutes in a taxi to Alicante so not that bad. But the real star is Jason and his family, who were incredible hosts who lived closed by so when i accidentally locked us out, Jason was round in no time at all to help us out. Truely made our stay brilliant."

The views are stunning and the location ideal. The small village of Coveta Fuma has everything required (including a great beach) and the tram means car hire is not necessarily required. Without doubt, the best villa of the many we have rented!"

"The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. The caretaker/owner was very efficient and responded to all requirements promptly. All together, the family had a lovely experience."

"You really can't go wrong renting this property. It is immaculately clean and well equippped and in a brilliant location. You have great views down the valley to the sea. The villa is very spacious and there are lots of carefully thought out little areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine or shade. You are also just a short drive to the beaches near Denia or Oliva. Communication during booking is great and the check-in and out process is really smooth. Thanks Ismael."

"Second visit - first time with family, second time just with my partner. Absolutely great location - 5/10 minute walk to tram stop or very well connected by road. Villa itself is great - rooms are a good size, enough bathrooms and kitchen has decent equipment. The BBQ and pool are great too :) Definitely would return for a third visit!"

"Stayed here 9th till 16th September. Great communication from owner from the start. A very impressive villa in an elevated position. Driveway very steep. Quiet area 10 minute drive to a choice of supermarket's. Villa immaculately clean, everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms all comfortable master bedroom oversized bed/room/ensuite 5 star. Outside area great for sunbathing, pool deep so fine for our needs but for young children shallow end shelves away quickly. Bar area with fridge ideal...
