“Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.”

“3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself”

“5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!! Incredible- their view was due to very……

“We were in a room near the top of the hotel and had a fantastic view of the beach and Calp rock. The room was very clean though. The bed was large and comfortable but maybe too big for such a small room. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of food choices. Staff very polite and helpful. Beware, the Underground parking is very expensive.”

“Spacious rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast Sunbed to people ratio doesn’t seem to match especially if you went peak season. Drinks expensive in comparison to the rest of the hotels/ establishments however the backdrop from the roof is beautiful.”

“The room itself was massive we also had a large balcony it was a shame it overlooked a wasteland with a side view of the sea However we booked a sea view x breakfast was average and the evening restaurant was a set meal which we found very limiting x for the amount of money we paid we expected more”

“If you want somewhere quiet and secluded, this is the place. Not much in local restaurants or bars. So lots of home cooking on a small kitchenette. Steep hills to walk. Views are great and the beach is small but safe, as is the main pool though much smaller than the photos. Helpful staff, special thanks to Angela and Juan and the lovely cleaner whose name I never asked.”

“We had a lovely week in the loft apartment. The staff were very friendly, restaurant very good for breakfast/dinner. The apartment was spacious with basic cooking facilities. No cleaning during our week and it would be nice to have a change of towels once. There are areas which could do with a bit of TLC in the room and around the hotel, but the setting is fabulous & gardens lovely. The hotel is Right on a gorgeous coastline, wonderful for running/walking & of course swimming (need water shoes).……
