Design, attentive staff

The staff was very welcoming. No beach view it was a garden room. It was easily accessible to the town and walking. Was also clean.

We did not receive any VIP access benefits. The hotel is very cute and clean, the staff is wonderful but the walls are paper thin (you can hear everything your neighbors do) and no amenities. The staff is very nice. I suggest the hotel should be adults only due to the size of the rooms and the fact that you can hear every noise.

Bonjour! What a wonderful little but delightful Maison. Lovely, friendly welcome. The staff are all very friendly and professional and the house and rooms are all fabulous and especially the spiral staircase. My room was large, spacious, clean and modern with high ceiling and view over the small pool. It’s a classic small mansion style you will see in photos, almost boutique as I’m sure all the rooms are different. I came in winter so couldn’t enjoy the pool and health facilities but I’ll bet it’s just amazing in spring and summer and so I’d love to come back with my partner too. The trams stop just outside so if you wanted to get to the centre it’s ideal but also the local area is friendly and safe too. I was here with business but would definitely return. This is a lovely property right on the beach. Good breakfast and easy to walk anywhere for lunch or dinner with the boardwalk right outside the pool area. Can’t beat it. Would stay here again on our next visit to Arcachon
