Staff was great, very courteous and acommodating. Room is very spacious, but they are showing its age, with some wear and tear. I think the rooms and amenities could be improved with some maintenance or refurnishing, but overall it was clean and nice.

The room did need updates. We had a leaking fridge, air conditioner, and the phone randomly worked when it wanted to. You can tell there’s been patchwork here and there. Very beautiful room and hotel nonetheless. I arranged to have airport pickup and waited an hour after my flight looking for my driver, and could not get in contact with the hotel at 1 am. It was a very traumatic and scary experience and I was not offered anything to make up for this horrible time. I think with the hotel being so close to the beach they should offer more excursions. My flower bath was beautiful. The restaurant was beautiful. The spa service was great but you can definitely find way cheaper services just a 5 minute walk up the street. Even though the staff was so nice and sweet, I would not recommend this hotel.

Our room was stunning and the jacuzzi on level 5 was lovely after a hot day of activities. The only negative thing I would say is the pools close at 7pm. This time is too early as most resorts I’ve stayed at close at 9pm or even later

Location is amazing and staff service is exceptional. However the hotel appears tired and a little dated, there was also building works going on that spoilt the relaxation. And further to this our room was located directly under the gymnasium that woke us from 6am ever day to the sound of weights being thrown on the floor! The hotel is in desperate need of some TLC… location is fantastic…. And this hotel with much needed refurbishment could be 5 star

This is not a 5* hotel. 4* at best. The rooms are advertised as soundproof but are not. There is loud music until 11pm daily unless there’s an event which can be loud music until 2am! This music is right outside the balcony next to your bed do the bass will disturb you all night. I stayed in the most expensive room ocean view suite. When we arrived the bed was nasty. I always inspect a bed before getting in. The pillows were mouldy and the mattress protector had blood stains all over it! They did change it but these things should be checked beforehand as it’s a 5* hotel. Worst thing was the noise level. Would be ok if the rooms were soundproof as advertised but they are not. There is no peace at this hotel on the front line of the ocean.

Great apart from the noise

Should be rated 5 stars, great room, nice bed, good food, friendly staff, but around the pool & deck area the incessant noise from music, if you could call it that was horrible & as the day moved on the DJ took over with nothing but techno & got louder & louder. Worse was it was coming straight into out ocean view room. The top floor restaurant also had over amplified live music. If we hadn’t pre-booked & pre-paid would have moved hotels. Other guests we talked to said the same thing. Such a pity for a fantastic location.

This is a lovely hotel in a great spot on the beach. Our room was enormous and impressive - upon closer inspection both the room and hotel generally is suffering a bit of wear and tear, it would definitely benefit from some repair and upgrades. However overall we were very happy. There is a bit of an ant problem in the rooms and the food was a bit average for me (although my partner did it enjoy it more) but other than that we can't complain. The room was fabulous and comfortable and the outdoor space was great. The staff are super friendly and on hand to help at all times. Special shout out to the fabulous lady on reception Suya, she really made our day with her pleasantness and enthusiasm to welcome us. The pool is lovely and the sunbed set up and tables with a beach view is gorgeous. There is some evening entertainment also in the form of dancing and singing. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or moped if you need to go further. We would recommend this hotel to all travellers to Seminyak.

Nice Hotel. We had a beachfront suite with King bed. The room was gigantic.. Probably didn't need that much room. Balcony had a jacuzzi tub. Convenient USB ports next to bed. Huge bathroom with separated toilet. Had Bath and Shower. Separated huge closet area. Hotel is right on the beach. Great breakfast on the room with many options for everyone. Great restaurants nearby as well as on property.

Incredibly luxurious rooms! Right on the beach, nice pool and lounge area, rooftop restaurant with beautiful view of the beach. My only negative comment is that they have two live music shows one in the pool level and one on roof top so I could hear both at the same time which was annoying.

I had an exceptional experience at this property. I enjoyed a 16 night stay at the ocean view suite with stunning panoramic ocean views. Food poisoning

Service was good, staff were friendly, and the location and room were beautiful. It has been rated 1 star due to food poisoning. I ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner, and again for breakfast prior to a scuba diving trip booked. The experience was completed ruined due to terrible sickness and diarrhoea throughout the trip. I was unwell for 4 days.
