Staff were friendly, location a bit far from the center

Everything was amazing, starting from room service to the beautiful pool, and breakfast was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at Ornament Hotels & Apartments in Sarajevo and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay and were always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it had two bathrooms, which was a great bonus! The balcony area was one of our favourite parts of the stay, offering a beautiful view and the perfect place to watch the sunset. Breakfast was delicious. Although it was a smaller selection, it still had everything you could want to start the day. The room was also well equipped with a fridge,freezer and cooker, making it easy to store food or prepare meals if needed. The only improvement I would suggest is fixing the room safe, as ours wasn’t working during our entire stay. However, the reception team kindly offered to keep our important documents secure in their own safe, which we really appreciated. It would also be a nice touch if complimentary bottled water was provided to keep in the fridge. The hotel also arranged airport transfers for us at €25 each way, which we found to be very reasonable and convenient. The location is excellent too only a 3-minute walk to the Old Town and around a 10-minute walk to the Yellow Fortress, where the views are absolutely incredible. A huge thank you to the entire team for all of your hard work and hospitality. You made our stay even more enjoyable, we hope to return soon!
