"Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, after the check-in window had closed, but the staff went completely above and beyond to help us make it there okay. They kept parking open late and provided an extremely clear and personalized instruction guide to access the property, retrieve our key, and make it to our room late at night. The area was gorgeous and the room was on a corner, very nice and clean. I would love to stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Dream Holiday! We were very impressed with how clean and organized it was. Carla was so sweet and so very helpful. We enjoyed everything she suggested in the area. Walked to all of the great restaurants , took the ferry to Bellagio, enjoyed taking the cable car up to Pigra. All in all it was a wonderful stay! "

"We enjoyed this unit for 7 nights in September 2025. The photos of the unit accurately depict its interior. However, the photos of the view from the terrace do not do it justice. The view is truly spectacular. I know that you can pay much much more for a unit on Lake Como which would not have half as nice of a view of the lake. We did not have a car during our visit, but we were able to use the ferry system each day to visit Bellagio, Menagio and Varena (our favorite) without any problem. I am 74 years old, so I was concerned about the steep walk down to the town center and ferry dock. The walk down was pleasant, but the walk back up did require me to rest a couple of times. Just before leaving on our vacation, my wife (77 years old) suffered a mobility problem, so not even the walk down was possible for her. The host family rescued our vacation, as they also operate a small livery service, which they made available to us each day for a very reasonable fee, enabling us to access the town and the ferry system. They could not have been more accommodating, answering all of our many questions prior to our arrival, as well as helping us with whatever needs we had during our visit. If Lake Como is on your bucket list, this unit is the one to rent. "

"Fantastic setting. Well equipped apartment with shared pool. Beautiful views from the balcony. Would definitely recommend a car getting to the accommodation. However, the apartment is accessible via steep stairs from the village or the ferry port if you are coming by public transport. This was fine for our party but would not be for those with mobility issues.Would have given an excellent review if not for issues with the wifi which was shared with the apartment next door. I understand the property owner will address this going forwards. The owner was very responsive and tried to fix the issues promptly. "

"My family loved staying here so much! The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We also ate lunch and dinner here a few times, and it was also great. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance as we did not rent a car. They can help set up hotel transfers, and I’d highly recommend you do this option. We had room 202 next to the pool. This is such a special place. Book before they raise their prices, because they absolutely should. Great amenities (spa with sauna and hot tub, gym, pool, lounge area with games/books, accessible boat dock, etc).
