"As a solo older travel who had mobility limitations this facility made traveling to Seoul enjoyable. The room was adequate and well maintained providing a consistent cleanliness. The breakfast offer was delicious and fullfilling, and the staff was helpful. The staff at the registration desk was always helpful with directions, getting transportation, and providing solutions for unplanned issues. This hotel is very economically worthwhile. "

"Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay. "

"Amazing stay at Lotte World Hotel😍 I just love this hotel; from the design, the ambiance, the entire staff (from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant…) was extremely helpful and so friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect 👍 The food at the restaurant was so delicious with a wide range of wine selection…and we couldn’t get enough☺️ The location is great! (Attractions, department store, a few blocks from a street foods etc…) "
