EXTENDED CLEANING PROTOCOL IS IN USE. All areas sanitized , ALL bedding, blankets, etc., laundered. I am following Airbnb AND VRBO enhanced cleaning policies. This cottage is ALWAYS cleaned thoroughly, I have added even more sanitation to my duties.

** During this time of corona , flu, etc, I am performing my usual cleaning, which is thorough. After I clean and disinfect, I am going back through the cottage with sanitizing wipes and wiping down:
DOOR KNOBS, CABINET FACES, ALL KEYPADS, MICRO, STOVE DIALS, REMOTES, FAUCETS, ETC.
LOTS OF AMMENITIES. FIND EXTRA GOODIES IN FRIDGE AND EVEN MORE DURING IRRIGATION FEST., LAVENDER FEST., ETC.
SPICES, KITCHEN NEEDS, COFFEE, TEA, HOT CHOCOLATE
SHAMPOO, SOAPS, TOWELS, BEDDING and more.

WALK TO DUNGENESS AUDUBON CENTER. Walk the trail for miles. Dogs welcome on trail, leashed.

*** DUE TO VRBO POLICY, A FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS NOW REQUIRED. I have set this at 400.00. Deposit shall be returned to guest 7 days after check out by Home Away. This deposit covers damage, loss, or extended cleaning out of ordinary. HA does not help hosts with this issue and require hosts to ask for a deposit to cover such incidents.

Not suitable for young children. NOT child proofed. If you have children, be advised I do not child proof the cottage. Not suited for infant-10
Do NOT bring your own mattresses, air beds, cots, etc. into the cottage. This is reason for dismissal from the cottage. This cottage is NOT wheelchair accessible. Bathroom is not handicap rated. Please, do not attempt to carry a handicapped person into the cottage. Steps at all entrances. This will void your reservation.
Hallways and doorways are not widened for wheel chair use. Cottage does not have a roll in shower or lowered sinks.
2 bedroom,....1 queen bedroom and 1 twin in 2nd bdrm.
Sofa is a full size bed w/ upgraded mattress .
Full kitchen, nice size bathroom with tub/shower. 2 closets, work area with small desk.

CAMPING GEAR IN WASHER OR DRYER. NO PET BEDS, BLANKETS, ETC. NO EXCEPTIONS
*Small fenced yard. Yard has gate access AND access from back door of cottage. DO NOT leave your pets alone. Crate pets if you leave them in the cottage. Any and all pet damage will incur a fee. NO exceptions. Pets must have great house manners.

* Port Angeles is 13 miles away,
*John Wayne Marina is a easy 7 minute drive.
*Check out the beautiful sunsets at Clines spit. The Dungeness spit and the walk to the lighthouse is 15 minutes away. Don't forget Olympic National Park can take days and days to explore.
* Sequim hosts many festivals and markets on the weekends.
