Room was excellent; staff were helpful (the light in the bathroom stopped working; notified reception around 10am and it was fixed by the time we returned around 1pm), service was excellent all-round"

"This is our "go to" place of lodging whenever we visit Valencia. It is right in the old town, walking distance to pretty much EVERYTHING. Some folks find the interior of the hotel odd but that adds to the charm for us. We have stayed in every type of room they offer and each is unique though we prefer those in the "special" category. The available breakfast is not to be missed and is one of the best we have experienced anywhere in the world. We have stayed here on all of our trips to Valencia (i.e. now numbering 7 visits) which is the highest recommendation we can give."
