“The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. We will definitely come back again in the future. I can sincerely recommend this facility to everyone seeking quiet, peaceful holliday in a beautiful authentic setting in Umbria. ”

“Staying at Villa Contessa is staying in an alternate universe. The property itself is out of a fairytale. It's tremendous with apricot trees, a full fruit and vegetable garden, pigs, chickens... not to mention the sweetest "pets" Kia, the dog and Virus, the cat that roam the grounds.The pool is out of a movie.
