  • Self-catering studio apartment located in the fishing village of Sesimbra with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean and Sesimbra village and private beach access. This pretty studio features a dining area with a table and chairs, a kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower, a double bed (1,40m), cable TV and Wi-fi. The apartment is furnished to ensure a pleasant stay for its guests. The apartment is located in the Sesimbra Court building so it has a 24h security service.

    The location is close to many beautiful beaches like Meco and Portinho da Arrabida, and just walking distance from Sesimbra centre. It is a very affordable and romantic choice for couples who are looking for beach and town proximity and also for families with children who are looking for close and quick access to a safe and quiet beach.

    Sesimbra is a fishing village, famous for its wonderful gastronomy, full of fresh fish and shellfish. You will find a great number of restaurants with great food overlooking the beach and harbour, at incredibly low prices. The village also offers a large variety of activities related to the sea and nature. Sesimbra is a 45-minute drive from the Lisbon centre. Lisbon features historical areas such as Alfama, Belém, Chiado, Rossio and Bairro Alto. The Portela International Airport is a 45-minute drive away.

Real ocean view and sound!

I was a bit nervous at first because there’s no reception and the key is left in a dropbox, but the communication and support were fantastic, which made everything super easy. The apartment itself is spotless and has the most breathtaking view over the ocean — with the window open, you can hear the waves rolling onto the beach. There’s a staircase right outside the building that leads straight down to the beach, and within a few minutes you’re in the charming town center. I stayed here for a Spartan Race, and I’ll definitely be booking again next year! The only minor downside, which the accommodation can’t really change, is that the hallways from the elevator are quite dark. The lights only turn on when you walk, and only for a short distance, so it stays a bit dim. However, since you need your electronic key everywhere, even for the elevator, it still feels perfectly safe.

Excelente localização, com acesso direto á praia, perto do centro da cidade e de fácil a acesso a supermercados. Excelentes vistas panorâmicas de mar, montanha e cidade. Apartamento a necessitar de algumas remodelações, no entanto fiel ás fotos apresentadas e com boa relação preço qualidade.

A vista do quarto é fabulosa, as instalações são muito boas. A possibilidade de acesso direto à praia foi uma boa ideia. No apartamento está tudo em boas condições. Apenas a escada de madeira para acesso à praia já está muito danificada pelo tempo e pelo ar do mar. Convinha que fosse renovada.

Excelentes férias

O apartamento é tal e qual a descrição apresentada no site. Tem uma vista fabulosa sobre a baía de Sesimbra, está pertinho de tudo (o que permite deixar o carro de lado durante uns dias) e é muito tranquilo. Tem o necessário para duas pessoas passarem uns dias de férias. Todo o processo de marcação e recepção foram excelentes. Por motivos vários vi-me obrigada a solicitar, quase em cima da hora, alteração da hora de chegada e o meu pedido foi prontamente respondido e nova solução encontrada. O apartamento estava completamente limpo e arrumado. Gostaria de agradecer quer à Filipa Leitão quer à Rita a simpatia demonstrada em todo o momento. A hora de saída foi também facilitada e o facto de apenas solicitar ao hóspede que deixe a chave no interior do apartamento denota um nível de confiança nos clientes que é muito agradável. Espero, como hóspede, ter também correspondido às expectativas da Rent4Rest. Será certamente um apartamento a ter em conta numa próxima oportunidade. Os meus melhores desejos de êxito. Pilar García

Vista maravilhosa

Adorámos a nossa estadia neste apartamento. A vista é maravilhosa e o acesso à praia muito bom e o apartamento muito acolhedor. Foram umas férias muito tranquilas e confortáveis.

Estudio Vista-mar Sesimbra

Sesimbra é uma terra lindíssima! O estúdio tem uma vista maravilhosa sobre toda a baia, é muito acolhedor e sossegado e tem o essencial para uma escapadinha... o acesso direto à praia é um pouco difícil para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, mas pode sempre ir-se pela estrada até à marginal. A vila é excelente em gastronomia. A praia é calma e acolhedora.

Very nice studio

Impressive ocean view. Small but with everething you need in a relaxed vacation. Sesimbra beach is very nice and the restaurants have fabulous sea food! I really recommend staying with Filipa.

Apartamento con vistas preciosas de la playa de Sesimbra. Zona muy tranquila. Vigilancia nocturna. No tiene aparcamiento privado pero es facil aparcar el vehiculo en los alrededores. Playa muy limpia pero el acceso a la playa se realiza por una escalera de madera con muchos peldaños Recomendable

El apartamento está situado muy cerca de la playa. Aunque no es muy grande, lo tiene todo para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. Además, la amabilidad de Filipa, la dueña, es impagable. Mi pareja y yo estuvimos muy bien y seguramente repitamos

Lovely apartment hope to go back

We stayed for 2 nights in the middle of July, what a wonderful place to stay - with a view right up the beach its a lovely walk along the beach to all the shops and amenities. The stretch of beach at the bottom of the building is wonderfully private and not choka block with umbrellas and paid for chairs. The owners were very accommodating and met us and let us in late on a thursday night after flying in for the weekend. Thankyou so much for a lovely stay - we hope to come back some time soon.
