"The place was big, beautiful tile and wood work. No hot water, hard to find, no one to meet us, had to hunt down someone to open it. Stove did not work. Not enough blankets. Beds were uncomfortable. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helped arrange taxi service to the Mayan ruins and calico jacks for zip lining.
