“If you want to be treated like family, this is the place. A/C was appreciated as well as the complementary ride from the airport and back into town for dinner. The “continental” breakfast was scrambled eggs, veggies and cheese, special needs were asked about and provided.
It’s outside of the city, new development of not-quite-finished larger houses sitting on canals. Birds galore! ”

“What a cozy and well-located room in Placencia. Our cabana was right on the beach. The busy and fun bar next door had music playing till midnight, but for us, that was great -- just made it more like beach living. The rooms are in great condition and the staff is wonderful. Santiago keeps the beach and room area in perfect shape and is very attentive. We felt at home, and we could walk the Placencia sidewalk for coffee, breakfast, and night life at all times.
