“The surroundings are maybe not what you expect from an idyllic establishment, nevertheless our stay was more than pleasant and we did feel very welcome. The hotel is near Kaldenkirchen’s train station and the usual grocery stores, the city’s centre is on walking distance. The amenities were more than you’ll expect from a two star hotel, free drinks including beer, coffee and soda’s. We stayed here on transit to the Ruhrgebied, and experienced plenty of room for us and our bicycles.”

“Older property with added bedrooms and dining area, room was very large as was the bathroom. Good breakfast and restaurant meal. Small downside was no proper glasses or cups in the room, only disposable items, would have expected better in a classy hotel. Overall though it was very good and a good stop between channel ferries and Keil.”

“The staff at the hotel were amazing. The Hotel was very clean and tidy, located in a very central area. The room was smaller than I thought it would be but was very comfortable.
