ACCESS DETAILS: ► Check in at 4PM, Check out at 10 AM. ► Keyless Entry: Guests will receive a personalized door code three days before check-in. ► Roads: This home is a great choice if you're concerned about how you'll get to the cabin. Wide roads to our cabin are all paved and not steep. ► Private Parking: The driveway is relatively flat and holds 5 cars comfortably. Lowered cars may have difficulty at the end of the driveway ► Cell service can be spotty in this region, we recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel. ► Accessibility: The cabin is quite good for those with limited mobility. There is a ramp from the driveway to access the main level. The main floor king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with no steps into the shower. This level also includes the living room, kitchen, game room and outdoor lounge and deck. IMPORTANT RULES: ► Booking Requirements: Must be 24 or older to book, sign rental agreement and schedule security deposit hold within 48 hrs of booking. ► Pets: We are pet friendly! Dogs only, sorry, no puppies, cats, goats (yes, we’ve been asked). $150.00 per-dog fee up to two dogs. Please ask if you’d like to bring more than two dogs. The cabin is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every guest checks in. Surfaces are disinfected, bedding is changed and washed, and the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled. ► View: This house does not have an expansive view of the mountains. It is surrounded by trees. In the winter the view is of the distant mountains and valley below. In the fall, it is an explosion of colors. If you're dreaming of expansive views of mountain tops, this may not be the home for you. We do have another cabin literally named Dream View Lodge, please inquire. ► Roof: If a squirrel crawls on the metal roof or if it is raining, you will hear it, no need to be alarmed. ► Bugs: We have a regular pest control program, however, the cabin is in the forest and can have some pests (insects). While the trees sit back from the house quite a bit, it is possible to get 4-6-8 legged or winged visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented. \*We do not refund for issues with bugs or forest creatures.\* ► Animals: There are bears, coyotes, deer, squirrels, owls and other animals in the area, & often on the property. Be still and you might see them. When staying at the cabin, never leave food items in the vehicles, never leave food, leftovers, or trash outside. Trash should be bagged & locked in bear-resistant trash containers (provided). ► Security Camera: There are exterior security cameras (pointed away from the cabin) for everyone’s protection. Any group touching or tampering with the cameras will be asked to leave the property immediately and will forfeit their security hold and remaining rent payment. ► No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. My grandson had a ball. He loved the room with the clouds. Our host David and his assistant were the best host that I’ve ever had he was very attentive and answered any questions or problems that we had. I’ve been staying in cabins in pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for 50 years and I have to say this is the cleanest cabin we’ve ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable and it was really close to pigeon Forge. The owners were exceptional. We had a little bit of trouble signing in with WiFi and they responded immediately and helped us. There were plenty of towels and shampoo and soap, which is very nice! Beautiful fireplace inside and outside and downstairs and bedroom!! Great game room!!! We loved everything about it. And finally, my hubby turned 60 and the owners sent a birthday cake delivered to our door. Never have we ever had an owner go above and beyond like this!! We opened the door and a delivery driver was standing there with a cake! Now that is next level! Communication was plentiful and clear prior to arrival. David and Jeneff went above and beyond to accommodate an early check in for us. The cabin is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a blast with the arcade games and huge movie area. The owners even sent a cake over to celebrate my fiancé and I! All beds were comfortable and the adjustable HVAC on each separate level meant everyone slept well. Kitchen was huge and easy to cook in. My group has stayed in many cabins in Pigeon Forge and everyone agreed this was by far the best. The location is excellent. The host David is very attentive and committed to making your vacation all that it can be. The cabin has plenty of activities for children with the game room, movie theater and swimming pool. The cabin was clean and everything was as depicted in the photos. We explored the national park and Gatlinburg, spent a day at Dollywood and enjoyed relaxing evenings at the cabin. The hot tub was great in the evenings and mornings. The location is great. Tucked away in the trees while being a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants and the many tourist attractions. We highly recommend this cabin. We had five cars and there was still space for more. The game room, theater room, and hobbit door were lots of fun for the kids and adults. Very convenient location. Our family spent Christmas in this wonderful cabin and it was perfect! We were greeted by a large, lit up Christmas tree which delighted our grandkids. The cabin was spacious and wonderful for large family meals, playing games and doing puzzles. The fireplaces were such a cozy touch and we used the one in the living room continually. The grandkids loved the “secret door” into their bunk beds and the darling book closet. The location was great and allowed us to take in some attractions without a long drive. David was an attentive host and even helped us find a place to board our dogs for the day so we could take in Dollywood. David the host is by far the best host we've ever had. He is beyond attentive by making sure we have a great experience throughout our stay.
