不满意：清洁度
The cabin its self was good. The layout, the windows, the room size and bathroom updates were fantastic. The host was very responsive, however there was just not much that could be done while we were occupying the cabin. Due to weather, we spent a lot of time in the cabin for 10 days which caused us to notice things others may not even care about. The cabin needs a thorough cleaning. Most dishes were dirty and had food on them requiring us to clean everything before we used it. There are a lot of items that either need to be cleaned or replaced. The kitchen chairs are badly stained and are very unstable and cave in the middle. The blinds on the bottom floor do not work and dry rotting. There was a terrible mildew smell downstairs and I discovered it was the washer. My in laws were there alone one day and someone came to the door telling them they needed to enter for safety inspection. My in-laws were terrified as the lady was not in uniform and nothing was communicated to me about this. I contacted the manager by phone and they were shocked someone showed up, but found out there was a schedule mess up and they showed up at the wrong time. Lastly, we booked via VRBO but communication was better via text message. It was just an okay stay for us. This place will be GREAT once there is a good clean. They offered to come clean but we had already unpacked and done most of the cleaning already to stay comfortable as we were there to get eloped :-)
