Clean newly finished cabin. Has some construction flaws which we reported to host. Still close to town (10-12 minutes) but there are some areas with drainage issues and roads close (especially with all the rain we had this week) Pool is not as close as it appears on listing- u likely will want to drive to neighborhood pool
