The hotel itself is in a great area, close to everything but it gets quite noisy at night! The real problem is the rooms, we went with 3 other couples and paid the same but had very different experiences! Every one of our rooms was different and not all worth the same price point. Some were nice w great balconies looking athe cathedral, some downright depressing but paid the same!! Also we all had to live out of our suitcases for days since there was nowhere to put our clothes except a very small space to hang a few items. Would not stay at this hotel again unless requesting specific rooms and good luck with that!

Not a 5 star!
Not a 5 star hotel. Didn’t have the 2 separate beds requested, which we booked this hotel based on this. The front desk was able to fix the room, but the bathtub & shower were exposed in the bedroom, which was not ideal since the guests were not in a romantic relationship. I’ve never seen a bathtub in a room like this before. Check out was smoother but front desk did not secure a taxi as requested. Had to make multiple requests to finally be helped. Hotel itself is nice, but the people must be in training as there were a lot of workers who did not understand proper customer service.

The property is in a perfect location! Located on the square and seconds away from the Seville Cathedral. The staff is so nice and our room was beautiful! The rooftop pool and bar are also amazing! Loved our stay here!

This hotel is beautiful and centric. Many great restaurants are at a walkable distance. And, many tourist attractions are around the corner. The view of the cathedral and Alhambra from the hotel's rooftop bar are amazing. The staff is wonderful!

Staff was just enough polite . The hotel has a terrace where non guests can come and is very noisy way until 2-3 in the morning The room did not have drawers and we were forced to live our clothes and personals in the luggage
