This beautiful residence includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open kitchen / living room, and wonderful outdoor areas.
The house has been lovingly renovated to high standards and offers all modern facilities. Many of the original elements of the house have been preserved setting the tone of the old and new in perfect harmony.
The property is split-leveled. Three of the 4 bedrooms have private exterior entrances, and so does the living room and kitchen area.
On the upper floor (road level) there are 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a private, separate entrance. These rooms access a balcony with beautiful sea and coastal views. There is a small refrigerator as well as an electric kettle for guests’ convenience in one of these bedrooms. Please note that one bedroom has access from the other. The entrance area to this unit has a lovely shaded terrace with garden furniture and flowers in pots. From this upper level there is an outdoor staircase / walkway to the next level below.
The lower level of the property includes a separate entrance to the kitchen and living room, and a bathroom where the washing machine is located. The living room also provides additional accommodation for 2 guests on the sofa. Outdoors, under the above balcony, and next to the entrance of the living room, there is a comfortable double hanging bed, a perfect place to relax in the shade.
Across the entrance from the living room, there is the private entrance to the 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
On the other side of this building and next to the pool is the private entrance to the 4th bedroom with en-suite bathroom and exquisite sea views.
From the living room / kitchen area and towards the pool, is the wonderful outdoor living area. The outdoor lounge is shaded by 2 beautiful mulberry trees, and the outdoor dining table and BBQ with sink and fridge offer magnificent views as do the sun beds along the pool and the stone built day-bed.
The garden beds are planted with lovely local plants and flowers and a large selection of herbs for your enjoyment.
The property is fully enclosed with a fence, and private. Parking is plentiful along the road, right outside the main gated entrance. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful with olive groves and a few houses as immediate neighbors. This is a perfect property for a laid back holiday in a pristine and authentic environment.
