“Tina was our hostess upon arrival. Exceptionally bubbly and helpful. The young lady we had upon checkout was equally as lovely. Very large, clean, comfortable room. Location is pretty good. Probably wouldn't consider it as "Southbank" as Google would suggest. But still walking distance to most things.”

“Host was easy & great to deal with. Great place for a family stay, nice area. I would definitely consider staying again. Only had a little house keeping issue. Value for money. ”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“It was a nice house because it’s close to the shops but I don’t recommend people to book it as it needs some work like the ceiling fan in the master room doesn’t work! And the second room the bed is so bad you can feel the springs from it uncomfortable to sleep and wasn’t done properly the sheets were folded somehow it’s like hasn’t been changed and not enough blankets had to borrow from friends, the central heating kept turning off every few minutes, the fan over the stove doesn’t work, the……

“Close to super market and shopping centre. Apartment is spacious. The room intercom didn't work. This caused inconvenience for my friend to drive through the main gate every day ”

“Everything was exactly as we needed. Easy walk to everything Southbank has to offer. Very quiet for a city apartment but you can hear general noise so be respectful of the quiet others would like to enjoy. The apartment is small, very basic and you get what you pay for. The easy, including Parking is absolutely a bonus. Easy check in and out. We would absolutely stay here again.”
