Sanctuary Cove Vacations from $242

I have stayed at multiple hotels at different airports, and this has to be by far my favourite. The hotel is so beautiful from the front , walking into reception , it feels so inviting and bright. The staff we're very lovely and accommodating. The room was very spacious and modern. The restaurant was beautiful and staff ever so lovely, I had a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the food was delicious. The eye fillet was perfectly cooked not something you normally see done right at airport hotels. The buffet had such a wide variety of food very happy with the fruit options and yoghurt. Kellie at reception was very informative and helpful made my stay that much easier. We had a lovely bartender/ waiter for lunch who gave my daughter a bluey colour in this gentleman provided service i havent seen in a long time. We will definitely , be choosing Rydges again for our next stay.

Great location and room. Only issue was check in text message with entry code wasn't received by my NZ phone. There was an after hours phone number at front desk that helped though, but just something to be aware of if you check in after hours/weekends.

The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . However once the works are done I would recommend it to anyone
