The beauty of this location is that you can park up and explore all Shanklin has to offer on foot, from the wonderful selection of restaurants and cafes along the esplanade to one of the best-known stretches of beach at Shanklin Beach. If walking is more of what you’re looking for then pick up the coastal path to Ventnor, which is a popular walk with some amazing views and scenery to enjoy. The property is near to the lift that takes you down to the sea front.

    Enter the apartment into the spacious lounge, a wonderful space to chill out after a day out exploring the Isle of Wight, featuring a wall mounted TV and DVD player, head through into the open-plan kitchen/diner complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine , this is a great space to cook up a storm for the whole family to sit down and enjoy at the dining table, large enough to accommodate the whole group. The bathroom, with shower over bath and WC, is located next door to the kitchen. Both bedrooms can be found off the hallway from the lounge, a master bedroom with double bed and a twin bedroom opposite.

    The lawned garden is situated at the front of the apartment, enter through the gate into the enclosed garden complete with patio furniture, an ideal space to sit out and enjoy an early morning cuppa whilst taking in the surrounding holiday vibes. Off-road allocated parking is available at the front of the property.
