Good but with space for improvement
The experience was great, the structure of the hotel is good and there’s plenty options of activities and entertainment, and the entertainment team is super nice, particularly Kito, Julia and Oscar. The food was good, everything was always clean and the staff is very helpful in general. I’ve had a a few situations with the staff at the beach bar where I would order something and they would make fun of me (like repeating what I said in a feminine voice, for example), or clearly talking about me in their language. Also, by the beach, you get chased every day, many times a day, by the people selling tours and sea activities, which is super annoying. I didn’t have a good experience with the scuba dive as well, they are very unprofessional and unprepared to deal and respect people, especially women. I wouldn’t recommend doing it if it’s your first time, cause it can be scary and, in my case, traumatising. I understand it’s a different company, but as it is within the hotel premises, they should try improving the customer service for a better experience.
Overall experience was good, if we didn’t have to deal with this other situations it would have been excellent.
