We left my daughter’s favorite stuffed animal behind. When we called to see if they found it they said they hadn’t cleaned our room yet but would look for it in the morning. The next morning the manager called saying they found the stuffed animal. When we called back no one knew what we were talking about. We called several times and the same lady answered the phone each time. She said she would talk to her manager and call us back. We have not received a call back still and it has been a week. Part of it was probably because it’s older but the bathroom was definitely not vacuumed or mopped between visitors. The pool set up looked great from pictures but if your child is 4 or less they probably can’t stand anywhere in the pool. Fortunately they stopped before 11pm or we would have called the manager or county sheriff! The front desk was very accommodating and helped get us a TV remote which was missing.
