The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Food was really well presented and delicious. Facilities at the hotel were excellent.
We had a lovely stay, everything you need for a relaxing break away in a lovely part of the New Forest.

Very happy with the room, the service and the food. Two things kept it to a 4 star… small towels and technical hiccups at check in which delayed us. We’re just about to book again!

Could fault the stay, the place is wonderful! The only thing that was annoying was as I checked in got hit with a £55 extra for having my small Yorkie stay. The room was clean and fresh, all staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good for the price you paid has help yourself with a options of cooked, cereal, toasted and cold breakfast available. The hot tub did not get round to using it .
