There was not adequate parking. The indoor and outdoor pools were freezing with the exception of one, but that one was loaded with children. The paint was peeling everywhere. There were much needed repairs visible in the room, as well as in the pool area. The hotel only allowed one pool towel. The room had a fireplace that did not work and a toaster that also did not work. We would never recommend this place.

The positives: The rooms and the property were immaculately clean and well-kept and the choice of pools (indoor and outdoor) was a nice amenity. The negatives: Booking through Expedia incurred a $10 fee that was unexpected and the hotel staff did a mediocre job explaining the rationale for that charge. Being a culinary resort, I expected more treats included for guests and if not free breakfast, then at least a meal subsidy at one of the onsite eateries. All in all, it’s a nice, quiet place to stay and relax if you want to be close to Burlington but not in the city.

The property was worn looking but I believe they are working on it . Painting cleaning up etc. They need to pay more attention to garbage left out overnight and dumpsters overflowing. These things are more noticeable than the fact that they are repainting rooms etc. it’s what you see on arrival. The rooms themselves were well cleaned and comfortable but no closet or hanging space for cloths .
