"The staff was very helpful in all my requests. They provide a suite of daily necessities so you don’t need to bring your own - such as, iron, steamer, dental kit, nail clipper etc. all you had to do is ask the guest service. Their layout is slightly odd where you had to go to the higher floors to reach lobby and there was a lot of up and down rides, however, I can see the structure was aimed to be secure as this hotel does have other services (spa, temporary Prada store) available to the public. A special shout out to Nick, Jacob and Jennifer in the reception for their professionalism and customer service! "

"My stay at Conrad was amazing. I haven’t come back to Shenyang since 2018. This hotel made me feel like home. Wanted to thanks to Hong Ma, she is such a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and helpful. Her smile made my day. I would absolutely stay again!!! "

"Front Desk staff not able to speak English. One should expect that hotel in the Marriot Group will train staff to speak English as well. Hotel not even capable to order taxi to airport. They just say they don’t have that sevice. I was forced to use hotel car at tremendous rate to go to airport."
