Perfect for staying for badminton horse trials, 20mins away from the park. It has all the amenities you could ask for and super roomy for a 1 bed cottage. “The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay.”

“Loved our stay at this perfect accommodation and the hosts could not be more welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Bath and the train station was a 3 min walk. There is a wonderful pub just down from the apartment that had the best breakfast and an Indian rewrite some of the best Indian ever. The grocery across the street was perfect for grabbing groceries as well. Would 100% recommend.”

“Lovely house in great location. Took us a while to work out how to use the key but that was probably our fault! Also we were given the wrong code for back door key so could not use back door til we met laundry lady who gave us the right code! Showers were not great - some had no pressure or hot water but we managed with the ones that did work! Heating worked well. Dishwasher broken but we didn’t do any cooking so wasn’t a problem. “We have throughly enjoyed our stay at Ember Cottage. It’s a real gem, beautiful inside and out, spotless and with lots of lovely homely touches. Jill & Paul were perfect hosts. It’s in a perfect location for Weston-super-mare and Clevedon, an hour from Bath and Cheddar. It’s close to the M5 so a nice easy journey down and an ideal place to stop off for a few days if travelling further to Cornwall. I would definitely recommend staying here and given a chance, I won’t hesitate to re-book.”
