Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful. The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer. However, the hotel is very close to public transportation especially if you are taking A11 airport bus. The reception is located on level 3. The hotel is relatively new although the room is a bit small but has all the standard facilities. It is also very good value. "Very unusual to have reception on 4th floor. I would have preferred a larger room, but as I was a single occupant, it was ok. Great idea to have umbrellas for use as I picked a very wet month. The staff were all friendly & helpful."

"They let us stay in a room wherein the toilet is not flushing and no water was coming to the tank .we complained to the management and all they said they been aware of the problem .i complained that I paid what they asked for but the inconvenient of going to the lobby floor for five people to use the bathroom is very inconvenient. I was not happy at all and I deserve a refund of tmy stay not having a working toilet in the room and the shower floor drain was not draining well either .the hotel...
