"I liked that one can take the bus for airport/hotel transfer. The area itself has a mix of everything, one can spend a few days just exploring the hood. My requests for high floor and nice view were generously granted at the front desk, the housekeeping staff was so warm, my stay has been very enjoyable. Thank you!"

"They let us stay in a room wherein the toilet is not flushing and no water was coming to the tank .we complained to the management and all they said they been aware of the problem .i complained that I paid what they asked for but the inconvenient of going to the lobby floor for five people to use the bathroom is very inconvenient. I was not happy at all and I deserve a refund of tmy stay not having a working toilet in the room and the shower floor drain was not draining well either .the hotel...

"Very unusual to have reception on 4th floor. I would have preferred a larger room, but as I was a single occupant, it was ok. Great idea to have umbrellas for use as I picked a very wet month. The staff were all friendly & helpful."
